Flexhour plans are also available for full-time hourly, part-time, and contingent employees.

Our broad, national PPO network includes 95% of doctors and 96% of hospitals in the U.S. 2

Or, choose our Blue High Performance Network SM (BlueHPN). This innovative network delivers higher quality, more affordable care than traditional networks. It features an average distance to its providers that’s only about 2.3 miles farther than to a PPO provider. 3

Anthem Networks are backed by our patient-centered care model, Enhanced Personal Health Care (EPHC). EPHC rewards doctors for delivering real results: notably improved care coordination, better management of chronic diseases, and lower costs.

Flexible Funding Options

Manage your costs and budget with a choice of funding options, including fully insured, administrative services only (ASO), and Anthem Balance Funding (ABF).

With an ABF plan, enjoy the advantages of a fully insured and an ASO plan. It’s a stable way to manage healthcare costs with a fixed monthly payment at a competitive price.

ASO clients can also purchase an Anthem stop loss plan for extra financial security.

Bundling Savings
