Medallia Logs Certification Milestone With FedRAMP High Authorization - top government contractors - best government contracting event

Medallia has received high authorization under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, enabling the company to process high impact level unclassified data of government agencies.

Nick Thomas, executive vice president of global public sector at Medallia, said in a statement published Wednesday the company will be able to further help the government in meeting its need for a secure environment for handling data following the FedRAMP High Authorization.

Medallia offers secure digital technology designed for managing and enhancing citizen and government experience. Its Experience Cloud works to deliver insight on service improvement by collecting and analyzing customer and employee experiences.

The Medallia platform has cleared FedRAMP's security assessment, which validated the cloud-based product's risk security posture.
