I am filing I 130 for my father and don't have the non-availabilityof marriage certificate of my parents. They were married in 1974 in India. I have secondary evidence such as affidavits, marriage invitation, photos, my school certificates with his name. Will that be enough or non-availability of marriage certificate is mandatory for secondary evidences to be valid?
